Makes 2 Drinks (or one for a very thirsty person!)

Ingredients

1/4 cos lettuce, chopped roughly

1/2 cucumber

1 medium pear, unpeeled, chopped roughly

1/4 medium lemon, peeled

1 cup chilled coconut water

Directions

1Press cucumber, lettuce, pear and lemon through juicer or Nutribullet.

2Blend with coconut water and serve instantly.

After your run or whatever you do that makes you sweat, it's vital to replenish electrolytes and fluid. This refreshing combination is quick to quench thirst with a boost of vitamins as a kick!
