Makes approx 10-12 balls
1 cup brazil nuts
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup almond butter
3 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1Combine all the ingredients in a high speed food processor.
2Form into balls around 3 cm in diameter.
3Roll in coconut or crushed nuts.
4Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
