Makes 10 balls
250 g punnet of strawberries, hulled
1 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup traditional oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup sulatanas
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 1/2 tbsp desiccated coconut to coat
1Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2Roll into balls and coat with coconut.
3Place in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy!
